Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) in Wendell(Milieu Manager, MM)Summary- The RSC is a requirement for Homes for Adult Residential Treatment (HART) the purpose is to Direct the flow of daily activities Directing the activities of direct care staff Managing client interactions Coordinating with clinical staff Coordinating crisis response Assisting with development and revising treatment plans and behavior tracking Participate and deliver staff training as needed Check in Medications if needed when delivered Fill in for Med-tech or aide as needed Provide activities per shift as scheduled Other duties as assigned Day shift- Above duties Coordinate with other coordinators to update treatment plans and train staff in changes and interventions Coordinate admissions and discharges with relevant agencies Swing shift- Above duties Process incident reports, and enter computer, access additional reviews and interventions as required by the nature of the incident.
Coordinate and schedule care conferences/meetings as necessary based on needs of the client Schedule rides with Medicaid transportation Create and post activities schedule.
Night shift- Staffed as neededPayScale -will depend on experience and certifications $18-25 hourQualifications- Med-tech certified, past working with Mentally Ill individuals, CNA, pharm tech, Medical Assistant, Psych tech are all beneficial.
Supervisory skills are necessary.
