Intra-Op RN | Full-Time

The OR RN is responsible for planning, executing, directing, and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient.
The opportunity to cross-train into PACU/PRE-OP/POST-OP are given.
This position will allow you to become diverse and understand all phases of patient care as they go through their surgical procedure.
Collaboration between phases will allow for a team atmosphere and ensure the success of the patient.
It is a practice designed to meet a patient's needs through the nursing process, ensuring continuity of care during the surgical experience.
RNFA or scrub experience is a plus and allows for more hands-on care during OR time.
RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse license in state of Idaho.
Current BLS certification required.
Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
ACLS and PALS certification within one year of hire.
Ability and willingness to work with patients' growth and development needs particularly related to the age of patients in the unit/area(s) of assignment.
Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain clinical competency as required for the unit/area(s) of assignment.
Ability to manage a challenging work environment.
Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.

Excellent communication skills to include oral comprehension/expression and written comprehension/expression.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
